The rooms were huge and brand-new with a lovely view of jerusalem. Got an exceptionally good and freshly cooked breakfast included. The staff was nice, as for 4-stars hotel.

I got great value for my money at Cassia Hotel! The room was fantastic with a large and comfortable bathroom, and the view from the 12th floor overlooking the Old City was amazing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old City and Mall. The staff treated me wonderfully from check-in to check-out, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The morning meal could be improved with more variety and better quality options.

Rooms a bit old fashion. Carpet just clean. Bathroom door did notlock. No safe lock on door to the room either. No towels! It took 3 hours to get some. We will not stay there again!
